Accessibility, parking and suppliers
- Discuss mobility access and seating needs with the coordinator before booking so the proposed layout can be checked.
- Parking is available in the Main Beach and Cunninghame Arm area; availability changes during busy holiday periods.
- Confirm delivery times, equipment access and pack-down arrangements for caterers, musicians and other suppliers.
- The outside deck overlooks Cunninghame Arm; weather and licensed-service requirements may affect how it is used.
