How information submitted through the Lakes Entrance Surf Life Saving Club website is handled.
Information this website collects
The contact and venue enquiry forms collect the details you choose to provide so club volunteers can respond. This may include your name, email address, phone number, enquiry topic and event information.
The merchandise cart stores selected sample items in your browser so they remain available while you move between the merchandise and cart pages. Do not submit sensitive medical, identity or payment information through a general enquiry form.
External services
Website forms are submitted through FormSubmit to the relevant club email address. Membership, training, registration, donations, social media and official beach information are provided through external services with their own privacy practices.
Card payment for merchandise is not active until the club supplies and approves its Square configuration. The site does not ask visitors to enter card details into a club-hosted form.
Access, correction and questions
To ask how an enquiry has been handled, request a correction or raise a privacy concern, email the club. Information is accessed by volunteers who need it to answer or administer the relevant request.
